    ZMM-Nova Zagora JSK was founded in 1970 with major activity: Processing of rotation parts for Metal-cutting machines. During the first years after its establishment the company started the production of all kinds of involute gear-wheels and spline shafts for the multifunctional lathes then manufactured in Bulgaria. The development of the production structure includes manufacture of assembly units and index heads with hirt joints for digitally programmed machines, technological transportation-supply conveyors and lathe automations with digitally programmed devices, designed to process bar-shaped material. The production of cutting machines with manual, semi-automatic and automatic operation mode, rotation mowers and concrete mixers attachable to automobiles started in 1990.
    In 1997 the company was registered as a Joint Stock Company. Since 2001 the state is holder of 1% of the shares. At present the company specializes in: design and manufacture of Metal-cutting machines, assembly units and parts for Metal-cutting and woodworking machines, technological lines, agricultural machines, mechanical engineering machines and products, spare parts, repairs and servicing, sales in the country and abroad.
The company was granted in ISO 9001 Certificate by Daimler-Benz Aerospace in 1998 and since 2003 is by ISO 9001:2000 by ASR certificated and the family bandsawmachine hat sign CE.
